Duplicate payments

If you accidentally make the same payment more than once for the same order, please contact us with your payment details. We will review the duplicate payment and arrange an appropriate refund.

Wrong file

If you receive a file that does not match what you ordered, don't worry.

Contact us with your order ID and the details of the issue. Once confirmed, we will provide the correct file within 24–72 hours.

Cancelling an order

You may request cancellation by emailing studyysoftt@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Because StudySoft orders can enter production shortly after payment, cancellation and a refund are only possible if production has not yet started.

Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
